Keep Meg & Amy From Cooking Party

There are streamers over the door and glitter is flung generously (if randomly) about over countertops. (To be on the safe side, the girls have used edible glitter, like that on the cookies they handed out as invitations.)

There are large signs posted above the stoves and ovens with picture of Meg and Amy and the words "NOT ALLOWED" in large and bright red letters below them.

It can only mean one thing.

There's a party in the kitchen, and someone has got to keep these girls from cooking.

"Hello Meg!"

Asar-Suti walked over, a smile replacing the bewilderment on his face. "Hey, I should have guessed you're involved. When I came in here just now, I thought I for a moment I'd ended up in the wrong universe, a very dark and evil one that doesn't have Gil in the Milliways kitchen. But the other girl said he's over there, and now it's you involved - I'm relieved!"

Clearly, *Meg says, firmly,* no dark and evil universe would involve me.

"The kitchen, or the dark and evil universe?" Asar-Suti grinned at Meg, now completely relaxed. He knew where Gil was, and was this was about, and Meg was here, so what was there to worry about?

- well, only the kitchen that I'm aware of, but we could be borrowing a dark and evil universe too. Maybe it's in one of the cabinets or something.

"Anything you like, as long as Gil doesn't get harmed!" Asar-Suti declared. "He might object to dark and evil universes in his kitchen."

The only thing here that could harm Gil, *Meg avows,* is - er - really bad cooking. And we're hoping to avoid that!

"Then steps must be taken that really bad cooking doesn't happen!" Asar-Suti declared, laughing. "Or total devastation of the kitchen; then the washer-uppers collapse with overwork, and Gil gets more to do until they recover. Although I can't exactly see Boromir collapsing; he's big and strong enough."
