The Ordinary Princess is sitting on the windowsill, knees drawn up to her chin, staring out at the lake, and ignoring her tea. "Does it get easier? Being here?"
"She's sleeping," Caspian replies, smiling back at her. It is very hard not to smile back at Anne Shirley.
"In fact, I think I'll go back in--I think she'd like me there when she wakes. I hope it's not too much of a bother, Anne, I don't mean to always be in and out of your room."
